PRICES

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices; typographical errors are reserved. If an item is delayed, backordered, or no longer available, we will inform you immediately and offer a suitable alternative such as a refund or comparable product.

PAYMENT

You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your account will not be charged until your order is shipped.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Expected delivery: 2–5 business days. Free shipping on all orders. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by a two-year statutory warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, we will offer repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse. Please report defects within a reasonable time, at the latest two months after discovery. For valid warranty claims, we will cover return shipping costs.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES ON PROMOTIONS

Items purchased at a reduced price or during special promotions or discounts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. You can do this by sending a clear written statement by email. If you received a free gift with your order, the entire order must be returned.

RETURNING GOODS

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 30 days to return the items. Return shipping costs are at your expense. You are responsible for any damage during transport. Please package items securely and include a copy of your order confirmation. A return label is available on request; the cost will be deducted from your refund.

CONDITION OF GOODS

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to assess the product. In cases of significant damage or wear, a partial or full refund may be refused.

REFUND OF PAYMENTS

Upon withdrawal, you will receive all amounts paid — including standard delivery charges (excluding any additional costs for non-standard delivery choices) — as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

To process your order, we need your name, address, phone number, and email address. This data is used exclusively for order fulfilment and shared only with partners involved in delivery.
